Who am i?
I have worked as a Personal Trainer and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer for the past 5 years helping numerous people get into the shape of thieir lives. As a former Rugby player, turned Crossfitter, I have experienced many forms of sports specific training and have also ran marathons and OCR races.
I also feel that fitness shouldn't be limited to within the gym and we should utilise the strength and fitness we gain inside the gym to enjoy life outside of it.
You'll also see me on long dog walks enjoying the outdoors where possible
What can we achieve?
As an experienced trainer I will help you work around your busy schedule to allow you to hit that goal you've always dreamed about but never had the guidance and accountability to achieve. I will always be as invested, if not more, than your goals, so let's work together and get you into the shape of your life

His classes are hardwork but fun, and his 1-2-1 sessions keep you motivated to reach your goals. Proud to say I have been coached by Paul for coming up to 5 years. Every session is challenging but without a doubt worth it. He’s a good laugh and really pushes you to do your best.
